FTM Elite Services was founded by Tosin Adebusola, whose professional journey combines engineering, business, investment, and practical experience in developing and managing income-generating assets.
His engineering background developed a strong foundation in analytical thinking, problem-solving and structured decision-making, while his business training strengthened his understanding of finance, economics and commercial strategy.
Over time, his work has evolved into the practical evaluation and development of investment opportunities, with experience spanning property acquisition assessment, feasibility analysis, project coordination, asset setup, financial performance monitoring, revenue optimisation and ongoing asset management.
Today, he applies this combination of technical and commercial thinking to identifying opportunities, developing assets and improving their performance. His approach is grounded in understanding the relationship between capital, development, operations, risk and returns — with a focus on making sound decisions and creating long-term value.
